Terms of Use
Effective October 7, 2026
These terms apply to the Stepper app for iPhone and Apple Watch, made by GoBitzy ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Stepper you agree to them. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies; if the two conflict, these terms apply to the extent the law allows.
Not medical advice
Stepper is for general fitness and wellbeing. Its numbers, insights and Coach suggestions are estimates, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Step counts, distance, calories and heart rate come from your devices and Apple Health and may be inaccurate. Talk to a doctor before starting a new exercise program, and stop exercising if you feel unwell.
Stepper Pro
Stepper is free to use. Stepper Pro unlocks extra features and is offered as:
- Yearly subscription, with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers;
- Monthly subscription;
- Lifetime, a one-time purchase.
Prices are shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or when a free trial ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions on your iPhone. Canceling stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
- If you subscribe during a free trial, any unused part of the trial ends.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies, at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Purchases are tied to your Apple Account. Use Restore Purchases in Stepper's Settings to unlock Pro on a new or reinstalled device.
Your use of Stepper
You may use Stepper for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please don't misuse it: don't reverse engineer it, interfere with it, or use it to break the law.
Ownership
Stepper, its design and its content belong to us or our licensors. Your health data is yours; see our Privacy Policy for how Stepper handles it.
Changes to Stepper and these terms
We may update Stepper, add or remove features, or update these terms. If we make important changes to the terms, we'll update the effective date and, where appropriate, tell you in the app. Continuing to use Stepper means you accept the updated terms.
Disclaimers and liability
Stepper is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of Stepper. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Stepper in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you; nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
